Q: “Can the yoni oil go on the inside of the vagina?”
In most cases the yoni oil works just as well if applied externally. However, the yoni oil can also be used as a lubricant therefore it also can be used internally. We recommend testing out a small amount first.
Q: “How do I use the yoni oil?”
Apply 3-4 drops using the dropper on the vulva and around the vagina lips and bikini area. Rub in with fingers.
Q: “Can I use your products while pregnant?”
You should NOT use the yoni steam. Please consult with your doctor before using yoni oil, yoni bar or yoni wash if you are pregnant or think you may be pregnant. The aforementioned products contain clove oil, an ingredient that may cause contractions. All other products are safe to use.
Q: “Does the yoni bar and yoni wash have the same affect?”
Yes, essentially, they provide the same benefits, but the yoni wash is stronger in the peppermint, icy feeling. We recommend trying the yoni bar if you have sensitive skin.
Q: “How do your products help with getting pregnant?”
The yoni products help produce moisture, regulate menstrual cycles and restores vaginal health. This ensures ovulation will occur which will increase pregnancy if having regular unprotected sex.
Q: “Do your products treat BV and/or yeast infection?”
No. Our products will prevent BV and yeast infections, they will NOT cure BV or yeast infections. Consult a doctor and get the infection completely treated first. Once treated completely use the products to help continuously fight bacteria going forward.
Q: “Does the theme support variant image?”
Use overlay text to give your customers insight into your brand. Select image and text that relates to your style and story.
Q: “Do you ship internationally?”
Yes. We ship to Canada, Hawaii, United Kingdom. International shipping can take up to 10 days if you select priority shipping. If you select first class shipping can take up to 21 days.
Q: “What is Rush Shipping?”
Rush shipping prioritizes your order and allows your package to “jump the line” and get shipped the next business day following a restock. Standard shipping rates not included.
Q: “What is your shipping policy?”
ALL orders ship within 7-10 business days. Tracking number will be email once order is shipped. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.
Shipping times vary depending on your location.
Q: “I put the wrong address! Can I change it?”
If the order is placed using the incorrect address, please email us to update the shipping address. After the order is shipped contact the shipping carrier to update the address. If the order is return to sender due to the buyers fault a refund will be issued without the shipping fee.
